Katie Clancy brings a wealth of experience and passion to her role as Property Manager at Avoca Beach and Copacabana Offices. Nine years ago, she made the move from Sydney to the coast in pursuit of a better lifestyle for her family, which includes her two boys.

Beyond her professional commitments, Katie is an avid player of Oz tag, showcasing her athleticism and team spirit. Recently selected for the Central Coast Nationals team, she embodies dedication and excellence both on and off the field.

Outside of work and sports, Katie finds joy in caravanning and exploring the great outdoors, making the most of the stunning coastal scenery she now calls home.
