Whilst we unfortunately picked a downturn in the Real Estate market to sell, Colin was extremely diligent and hard working in an effort to get us our best price, never pushy as with some agents.  It has been our pleasure to do business with him.

I wanted to write this letter to personally thank Colin for his honesty, professionalism, hard work, dedication but most importantly for achieving amazing results in the sale of 6 townhouses in Terrigal.

I’ve worked together with Colin since 2006. He’s always been my “go to” man for anything real estate particularly in the Terrigal area.

When our board decided to sell a block of 6 townhouses that we built in 2007, Colin was the first and only person I went to. I didn’t need quotes from other agents, I just needed a no fuss, honest, reliable seller to get on with the job. Our phone call went like this :

“Col, do you want these 6 units?”. Colin replied “Yep”. “Ok, send me the papers with your best deal and use your sharpest pencil, ey?”  I signed the papers that day and from then on, Col took care of everything.  He transitioned out 6 tenants, took care of the repairs and looked after all aspects of the preparation for sale.  It was very easy for me.

Then during the sales process, Colin happily sifted through the many enquirers, kept me well informed, and easily sold the townhouses one by one without fuss.  He is an expert at dealing with buyers, lawyers, and sellers.  

I’ve used many other real estate agents over the years, and Colin actually cares about getting the best result for you. That’s a rare find.

I would have no hesitation recommending Colin to friends and family as a very reliable, trustworthy agent. He always followed up with what he said he was going to do, and was always easily contactable. When there was a few issues with the sale, he was always upfront and honest about he thought we should do, but always positive too. He has a very good knowledge of the current market and other variables influencing a sale of a particular property.
I recommend him as a honest real estate agent.

Aside from handling all property access requirements with no fuss, was able to initiate early open inspections to maximise time on market within an existing tenancy arrangement - that resulted in a sale prior to our tenants vacating. The negotiation phase was straightforward and invited several purchasers to achieve a best value offer. Deposit, settlement and keys handover all managed with professional outcomes. Colin knows the Terrigal market and he will make the process feel easy. Great communicator. We recommend approaching Colin in the first instance if you have a property to sell.

All through the process Colin acted in a Professional , non pushy manner which made buying our home a positive experience. Nothing that we asked from Colin or the seller was any trouble, would definitely recommend Colin to any potential sellers or buyers.
