Lyn is one of the most experienced Senior Property Managers in the district and directly manages the efficient running of our entire Property Management Department. Lyn is the "Go To" person in our organisation.  She controls the entire day-to-day, week-to-week and month-to-month running of the department.  Her key responsibilities are the:

·    Providing you with accurate information regarding all aspects of Property

     Management

·    Continual Improvement of our Property Management Department

·    Maintaining an "Industry Best Practice" for our organisation.

·    Training of our Property Management Staff

·    Month End Processing

·    Collection and Disbursement of Landlord funds

·    Commercial and Industrial Leasing

·    Being your legal representative in relation to any raising of a dispute·        

Her extensive local experience coupled with a professional and thorough approach makes her the best in the business.  Many of Lyn's Landlords have been with her for more than 10 years.
