Andrew has always had a passion for property beginning with his first purchase of a block of land on the Central Coast over 25 years ago.  He then continued his investment strategy but broadened his holdings making purchases in '92, '94, '96, '98, '02, '03 and '04.  His philosophy is simple "buy and hold until you can use the money for a better purchase".   His property holdings have been as far south at Tasmania and he still holds property on the beaches of Queensland.  His recent purchases have been in Terrigal and Wamberal where he believes "the market is ideal for long term investment."

After marrying in 1998, he and his wife chose the Central Coast to start a family.  Andrew, his wife and two daughters live in Terrigal.  "This is a great Community and the Coast offers an excellent choice of schools for families."
