POSITION AVAILABLE - KINCUMBER OFFICE

We are in the process of expanding our property management division and are looking for a senior property manager to take our team to the next level at our Kincumber office.

If you are an experienced Property Manager who is motivated, reliable, outgoing and professional this role is for you. Tidy mid size rent roll with full time support from an experienced Assistant Property Manager within the hours of Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm. 

To Apply You Must Have:

  • Own vehicle and current Driver's License

  • Property Management experience - minimum 3 years

  • A great work ethic

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Computer skills including Word/Outlook/Sherlock (preferable)

  • An ability to defuse conflict and problem solve

  • Great time management skills

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Must hold a current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
